Flue made in enameled cast-iron. 4 electric plates 300×300 mm each with 3.5 kW, equipped with safety thermostat.
6 power levels for temperature control for each plate.
Lamp on control panel to indicate the activation of electric supply and plates operation.
Special design knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel.
Electric static oven.
The cooking chamber is made in stainless steel.
Oven heated by top and bottom heating elements with independent regulation.
Temperature adjustment from 50°C to 300°C. Power 6 kW.
